Hi everyone! Since we did a get ready with me, I thought I would do a get unready with me. Basically just my nighttime skincare routine! Just a little preface, I have sensitive, acne-prone skin. I am not an esthetician by any means, nor am I doing all most necessary steps in a typical skincare routine. I take it very slowly. These work best for me right now for my skin.

  1. DCH Deep Cleansing Oil

    1. If you wear makeup, double cleansing is a must. This oil cleanser breaks down and removes all makeup, even waterproof. It is fragrance-free, so it won’t irritate the skin, and it is water-soluble, so it does not leave an oily residue on the face.

2. CeraVe Foaming Facial Cleanser

  1. The next step in double cleansing is to use a normal face wash. This CeraVe one is one of my favorites because it is very gentle. The cleanser has Ceramides and Hyaluronic Acid, so it helps to hydrate and restore the skin barrier.

3. Dermalogica Retinol Clearing Oil

  1. As someone who struggles with acne and, therefore, acne scars and hyperpigmentation, this product is a fave. This Oil includes Salicylic Acid, which helps to reduce breakouts. It also has Time Released Retinol (Vitamin A) which helps with hyperpigmentation. Retinol is also a good ingredient to reduce fine lines and wrinkles. It also has some oils which moisturize the skin and help repair the skin barrier.

3. Or Sunday Riley U.F.O ultra clarifying Acne Treatment Face Oil

  1. I alternate between this oil and the Dermalogica Oil (not at the same time). It has similar ingredients to the Dermalogica one, like Salicylic Acid and oils. I do like this one a little more than the Dermalogica one because you can mix it with your foundation to infuse skincare into your makeup. I have really noticed a difference when I do this, not only in my skin but also in how my makeup looks.

4. Glow Recipe Plum Pump Hyaluronic Cream

  1. This moisturizer is water-based, and as someone with somewhat dry skin, I found these types of moisturizers work the best. Along with Hyaluronic Acid, it includes Polyglutamic Acid, which is a hydrating peptide to boost the efficiency of Hyaluronic Acid and also locks in moisture.

5. Healthy Hydration Lip Sleeping Mask

  1. This is a great product to keep your lips moisturized, especially in the colder months. It includes shea butter and coconut oil, both of which are designed to soothe and hydrate the lips.

6. Hero Cosmetics Mighty Patch

  1. These pimple patches are a game changer. It is a hydrocolloid patch, which is designed to suck all the grossness out of your blemish. I like these because they prevent me from touching the blemish or picking at it.

I hope you enjoyed this little get unready with me. Head over to my Tik Tok to see it in real-time.

all my goodies :)

Xoxo, Annalynn
